The "local" fishery chain

This is Verrini’s “historic” core, ongoing thanks to the company’s consolidated presence of decades at the ports of Liguria and elsewhere around the Mediterranean.

This model now reaches out in various directions:

the agreement reached with the fleet of Ligurian fishing boats thanks to which the entire daily catch is delivered for handling and marketing
daily delivery of very fresh fishery products from Italy’s Tyrrhenian, Adriatic and Ionian Seas as well as from the nearby ports of France and Spain
scouting the major ports of the Mediterranean in order to purchase the very best available lots of fresh and frozen products

A top-quality comprehensive range of native Mediterranean products for distribution to large-scale organised distribution and HoReCa customers, as well as to the wholesale auctions at the markets in which Verrini is operational.

The "global" market chain

Over time, in our attempts to meet the growing demand for product diversification and to track the changes in consumer tastes, we have developed its global presence. We therefore provide a truly vast range of fishery products from more than 60 countries worldwide.

Namely, from Canada, the USA, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Norway, Belgium, Iceland, the United Kingdom including Scotland, France, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal, Uganda, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, Denmark, the Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Egypt, Arabia, Yemen, Oman, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, the Maldives, Japan, Indonesia and the two Koreas.

In order to ensure same-day availability of products, as the first player to do so in Italy, Verrini organises airline delivery services: fishery products from all over the world arrive in Milan and Rome for delivery to the fish markets of Genoa and Savona and our own distribution centres.
